This functionality not only binds the polymer matrix but also increases the fluidity of the merger of polymer with a high level of additives.
 

SPECIFIC PRODUCT

The coefficient of friction of boron nitride Hex is the lowest of all ceramic materials, and also remains constant at high temperatures.

 

The BN PT line is an anti-friction agent  which increases the fluidity of the preparation and reduces consumption on the screws and other parts extruded

 

The excellent BN PT range properties come from structural composition of boron nitride, which is very similar to that of graphit.

But unlike graphit, it is white. This characteristic is extremely important when you need to produce coloured parts or when it is necessary to avoid the color black. In addition there is another important difference: unlike graphit,  NL PT is a remarkable electrical insulator.

Polymers containing BN PT are auto lubricants and resistance to abrasion. They can be used to:
-
electrical and electronic components
- parts of vehicles and machines which tend to wear
- sports materials as ski and snow boards
- bearings and sealant rings

All this becomes evident in the polymer matrix in which performances of boron nitride are better than that of the aluminium nitride, although it shows a similar thermal conductivity.

This is due to the crystalline structure of boron nitride and its lubrificant property.
In addition, thermal conductivity depends on the shape of particles and their greatness. The electrical insulation properties are not attributable to these factors

The wide functionalities of our boron nitride PT can be added to polymers without degrading the mechanical or processing values:

The advantages are obvious:
Thermal conductivity of a compound with 60% by boron nitride PT coating weight is 50% higher compared with a material containing only 40% of our boron nitride standard PT weight. The rheology of both composed, however, is basically the same (as can be seen from the graph).
